We had the most stunningly beautiful weather here in sunny FL which made it the perfect day for our first trip to the zoo! Laura was one big ball of energy and really enjoyed looking at all the animals :)
This was our first stop. She immediately runs over and exclaims "fishy"...she was close, it was a giant snail...but it lives in a water tank just like the fishies :)

Here she is pointing to the amazon parrot. She proceeds to point to everything she sees for the duration of the trip. I LOVE it!
Strollers are nice for babies, but clearly, we can see that Laura is a "big girl." She is a lean-mean-walking machine now!
We ended the day at the zoo's splash park. You can see from Laura's face that she isn't too enthused. Maybe, next time, we'll try the splash park first. With all the excitement of the day, the squirting water was just plain scary!
Horray for a FUN day at the ZOO!!!
