I just finished up my latest applique project. Being the bird nut that I am, I'm surprised that it took me this long to get Laura a bird shirt...but, here it finally is :) Laura really does LOVE Spike and ALL animals, for that matter. Every day, we walk around the neighborhood and Laura goes nuts when she sees a dog or squirrel. She yells "see, see!" and points and claps emphatically :) I took her to Petco today to see the animals. They have tiny shopping carts that worked great as a walker. She made a b-line straight for the fish and exclaimed "fishy" while banging on the aquarium sides. I think the fish were a bit scared but, at least she added some excitement to their day...ha!
