Laura's First Trip to Disney World!

At 9 weeks and 6 days old, Laura had her first trip to Disney World...Epcot, to be precise. We went as a family to see the amazing topiaries on display for the Flower and Garden Festival.   The theme was "princesses" which was perfect since we were bringing our little princess for the first time.    We stayed for 6 hours and she was an angel for the entire time. She slept for a lot of it, nursed wonderfully in the rocking chairs provided in Disney's baby care area, and really enjoyed the new scenery when she was awake.

I love this family photo.  It seems like yesterday that Jeff and I were riding in Cinderella's carriage after our wedding.  Now, here we are with our own "little pumpkin."

Here's Laura on her first official ride...the Mexico boat ride.  She was asleep for most of it. Her favorite ride was the boat ride at "The Land."  She insisted on being on Daddy's lap and tried her best to keep her head up the whole time.

Of course, Laura had to meet her first princess. She decided to go with the one who "started it all," Snow White.

As Prince Jeff was dancing, Flora, Fauna, and Merriweather decided to not only change the color of his princess' outfit but they changed the princess he was dancing with as well! (See next two photos)

Here we are at the end of our day.  What a lovely time we had!
